The lancet shaped head of the Jacaral. With its golden eyes that can only detect the warmth of object in its environment.
Making of: This jacaral lives in the biological station of tres tipui reserve, Brazil. The picture was made in the same series than the previous Jacaral picture in this blog. A nice feature of the Sigma Telezoom that is used here is its macro option. The gras leave serves as a reference to get an impression of the size of this reptile.
